Are there any 2 bedrooms?
No, these apartments are strictly Studio suites. Each studio has an open floor plan which combines the bedroom, kitchen, and living room into one room. The bathroom is closed off with a sliding door.
What is included in my Studio suite?
Each suite has a kitchen sink, dishwasher, 2 burner glass stove top, microwave/convection oven & refrigerator/freezer. We can install a washer/dryer in your suite for an additional $40.00/mo. We do not allow for other washer types.
What size bed can my suite fit?
All suites allow for a queen size bed. The majority can fit up to a king size bed.
What is the square footage of the suites?
Our new intelligently designed studio apartments are 265-500 square feet. These are the perfect size to live a mindful, less cluttered life.
Are pets allowed at Studio 44?
We do allow cats and dogs. Cats are allowed with a $150 non-refundable fee, $150 refundable deposit and $15/mo pet rent. Dogs are allowed with a $250 non-refundable fee, $250 refundable deposit and $15/mo pet rent.
Can I receive deliveries at Studio 44?
We do allow for deliveries. There is a note posted on the front door which give the delivery drivers instruction.
Where do I put my trash?
We have dumpsters located in the stairwell on each floor. This is collected by our janitorial service three times a week. We also have a large dumpster located in the parking lot for overflow and large items.
How much is my deposit & application fee?
The security deposit is one month’s rent. The application fee is a one time, non refundable $50.
Why live downtown?
There is lots to do and see, all within walking distance! Restaurants, bars, coffee shops, unique boutiques, event centers, comedy clubs, gyms, karaoke bars and more. Some downtown establishments host mixers for downtown residents, which is great for meeting and making new friends.
Where do I park?
We have a parking lot located catty-corner to the Studio 44 building. Parking is also included in your monthly rent.
How long must I sign for?
We offer 6 month, 12 month and 18 month leases.
What payment do you accept?
We accept credit card, check, cashiers check, money order, and ACH payment. No cash payments are accepted.
